Free chiropractic spinal health checks are available at the Wellbeing Day Out from Mt Eden-based Elias Wellness Center which is committed to providing quality health care through:

1. A range of Chiropractic Techniques and other therapies such as Cupping Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy; and

2. Taking time with you during your appointment.

Dr. Kudzai Zvenyika, the owner of Elias Wellness Center, graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2016 and she was named a finalist in the 2019 Women of Influence Awards Young Leader Category for her work with Spine Health Africa.
